Key takeaways from the 2023 report
- Employer branding and EVP strategies are a popular and growing focus: the vast majority of teams (91% and 84% respectively) already have an employer branding and/or EVP strategy in place.
- 98% use social media for recruitment and employer branding. 65% even have dedicated recruitment social channels.
- 90% encourage their employees to get involved in their social recruitment activities.
- LinkedIn and Facebook are the most-used channels for social recruiting.
- Only 21% use social media carousels, which means 79% are missing out on this engaging content type.
- 71% face content creation challenges, mostly due to a lack of time, design skills, and/or resources.
